Board of Management
The Board of Management is responsible for the direct governance of the school.
The Board is made up of 8 people: 2 Parents representatives, 2 Community representatives, 2 members of the teaching staff (one of whom is the Principal) and 2 Patrons/Diocesan nominees. The Board of Management has a four year term. The current board will complete its term in 2011.

Some of the duties/responsibilities of the B.O.M. include:
- the appointment of teachers and ancillary staff
- the appointment of teachers to posts of responsibility
- ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- ensuring that schools are adequately maintained and insured
